Osteopathy may be defined as a natural medicine using a global approach to treat illnesses and maladies of the human body. Gentle, manual techniques are used to free different structures (bones, ligaments, muscles, organs, viscera, ECT) of their restrictions. Inevitably Osteopathy restores structures to their normal function, and improving the interaction among various systems ( circulatory, nervous, and lymphatic).

A vast, extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the body, helps the osteopath determine the cause of your pains and body restrictions. A specific, detailed questionaire, observations, various tests, and a developed sense of palpation constitutes the main tools for a course of treatment.

The osteopath establishes a mutual relationship based on trust to determine a treatment plan that meets your needs.

I pledge to always work with respect, reverance, and utmost thorough attention to the subtle intelligence of your  body. Our body reflects our cultural and familial heritage. Our personal history, our beliefs, our conscious and unconscious emotions. They are infinitely rich with information about ourselves and our environment.
